01

Introduction

These Terms govern access to and use of the buildBetterAds website and software service.

TODO: Insert the legal entity name, registered address, company registration details and official contact email.

02

Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and authority to act for the business or organisation whose workspace or advertising accounts you use.

03

Account registration

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and activity performed through your account.

Workspace administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access and removing access when it is no longer required.

04

Service description

buildBetterAds is human-supervised performance marketing software. It can analyse approved sources, prepare campaign materials, perform checks, collect approvals and publish supported advertising objects in a paused state.

Features may depend on configured providers, connected accounts, permissions and third-party availability.

05

Human approvals

The service provides recommendations and workflow automation, but users remain responsible for reviewing material outputs and making important campaign decisions.

Approval of an output does not guarantee factual accuracy, platform acceptance, legal compliance or campaign performance.

06

Advertising account access

You must only connect advertising accounts, Pages, identities, datasets and other assets that you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for permissions granted through third-party platforms.

07

Advertising spend

buildBetterAds does not activate Meta campaigns automatically. Supported campaign objects are prepared or published paused, and activation remains a human action in the advertising platform.

You remain responsible for budgets, bids, targeting, activation, advertising charges and monitoring delivery.

08

Third-party platforms

The service may interoperate with Meta, OpenAI, media providers, storage providers and other configured services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies and availability.

09

Subscriptions and payments

TODO: Insert the final subscription terms, pricing, invoicing, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund rules once commercial pricing is approved.

10

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to violate law, platform policies, intellectual property rights, privacy rights or advertising restrictions.

  • Do not submit content or credentials you are not authorised to use.
  • Do not bypass approvals, security controls, usage limits or access boundaries.
  • Do not use generated content to impersonate people or make unsupported claims.

11

Intellectual property

buildBetterAds and its software, design and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. TODO: Insert the final licence grant and ownership entity.

12

Generated content

You are responsible for reviewing generated copy, concepts and media before use. Generated material may require additional claim, trademark, copyright, likeness or platform-policy review.

13

User content

You retain applicable rights in content you submit. You grant the service the limited rights required to process, store and present that content for the requested workflows.

14

Data

Account, workspace, source, advertising and technical data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

15

Availability

The service may be changed, interrupted or unavailable, including because of maintenance or third-party provider changes. No uninterrupted availability is promised.

16

Limitation of liability

TODO for legal counsel: Insert enforceable warranty disclaimers, exclusions and liability limits appropriate to the governing law, customer type and commercial model.

17

Termination

TODO: Define suspension, account termination, data export and post-termination retention procedures.

18

Governing law

TODO: Insert the governing law, competent courts and any required dispute-resolution process.

19

Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through an appropriate channel before they take effect where required.

20

Contact

TODO: Insert the official legal and support contact details.
